2. Services Provided

HomePilot offers professional home maintenance, cleaning, and improvement services. The scope of each service is agreed upon at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline or modify service requests at our discretion.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All services require an appointment, which can be scheduled via our website, mobile app, or customer support.
  • A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
  • Payments must be made in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
  • Pricing is subject to change, and quotes provided are estimates based on the scope of work.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours may result in a partial or no refund, depending on the circumstances.
  • Refunds for completed services will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, based on service quality and customer satisfaction.

5. Client Resposibilities

  • Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled service time.
  • Any special requirements or instructions must be communicated in advance.
  • Clients are responsible for securing valuables and personal belongings before service begins.

6. Liability and Damage

  • HomePilot is not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear in serviced property.
  • Any claims of accidental damage caused by our staff must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
  • HomePilot carries liability insurance to cover accidental damage within reasonable limits.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Clients must not request services that are illegal, unsafe, or beyond our scope.
  • Harassment or mistreatment of staff will result in service termination without a refund.

8. Service Modifications and Termination

  • HomePilot reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
  • We may terminate or refuse service to any client who violates these Terms.
